Every Saturday from May – Thanksgiving 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM and on Sundays during long weekends in historic Honeymoon Bay on Vancouver Island’s popular Cowichan Lake, Honeymoon Bay hosts an outdoor market featuring local fruit and vegetables, nursery stock, baking and preserves, prawns in season, a variety of arts and crafts, music and much more. Located on Southshore Rd in downtown Honeymoon Bay.
We at Cowichan Valley Photos spend many a Saturday visiting the farmers’ markets in the Cowichan Region enjoying the rural flavour and small-town atmosphere and planning menus around the fresh produce on offer in the area dubbed Canada’s Provence by the late James Barber.
