I just updated the post, credit required where due! I’m not a huge fan of bubbly but quite liked the sparkling wine. Not overly sweet, crisp, the right amount of sparkling, went down very smoothly. I know it was a hit with the crowd by the comments I heard around me. I sure can’t claim to be a wine connoisseur so I expect this comment is a little “vague” but yeah, it was excellent.

Have got to try sabering some day but I’ll practice before trying the technique on the good stuff!
