The Cowichan Valley Region has numerous farmers’ markets. The concept is the same at all of them; providing high quality and healthy goods made or grown by the folks selling them. Everything is available from baked goods and fresh vegetables to crafts, clothing items and local photography. Most of the markets are held on Saturdays with the exception being the Chemainus Evening Market on Wednesday evening and Cobble Hill being on Sunday. The great thing about these markets is that you are buying locally and helping to support and encourage more of this. Plus, the veggies and fruit taste so much better when they’re fresh.
I hope this list is accurate, please let me know if something is amiss:

So is the Duncan Market in the Square from 9-2 or 10-4? Thanks!
Hi Lisa,
Disregard the photo with the hours. I should actually remove it so too many people don’t get wrong information.
The Duncan Market is 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM this year. It’s a combination of the two Duncan Markets as well so should be really busy. More information is at Duncan Farmers Market. Have fun!
