Cherry Point Vineyard sits on thirty-four acres of what used to be a mink ranch approximately one hour outside of Victoria on Vancouver Island. In 1994 the vineyard became one of the first licensed wineries on the island.

Cherry Point also has a bistro on site open May to September with many delightful menu selections. The bistro features an indoor garden pavilion with a fireplace perfect for sitting by with a glass wine during the autumn months. The bistro is also available to book for weddings or family events.

The winery is open year around seven days a week from 10 am to 5 pm. You may want to bring a picnic lunch with you when stopping by Cherry Point and enjoy the view of the grounds while eating and sipping some of their award winning wines.

The wines available at Cherry Points are: White – 2007 Pinot Gris. 2008 Gewurztraminer, 2008 Ortega-Siegerrebe, 2007 Coastal White, and 2008 Rosé; Red – 2007 Coastal Red, 2007 Bête Noire, 2007 Forté, Cowichan Blackberry and Solera Blackberry. You may also find their wines at many liquor stores and fine restaurants through Vancouver Island.

Cherry Point Vineyard does offer private and group tours which must be booked 48 hours in advance. If you would like to book a tour or have any questions regarding the vineyard, please contact them by telephone at 250-743-1272 or by mail at 840 Cherry Point Rd, Cobble Hill, BC V0R 1L3, Canada.
