Every Saturday from May – Thanksgiving 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM and on Sundays during long weekends in historic Honeymoon Bay on Vancouver Island’s popular Cowichan Lake, Honeymoon Bay hosts an outdoor market featuring local fruit and vegetables, nursery stock, baking and preserves, prawns in season, a variety of arts and crafts, music and much more. Located on Southshore Rd in downtown Honeymoon Bay.

The Cowichan Valley Region has numerous farmers’ markets. The concept is the same at all of them; providing high quality and healthy goods made or grown by the folks selling them. Everything is available from baked goods and fresh vegetables to crafts, clothing items and local photography. Most of the markets are held on Saturdays with the exception being the Chemainus Evening Market on Wednesday evening and Cobble Hill being on Sunday. The great thing about these markets is that you are buying locally and helping to support and encourage more of this.
